Decatur police arrested a woman Monday after she led them on "tour" of the city in a stolen car.
In addition to the theft by receiving regarding the stolen vehicle, Decatruish.com reported that the suspect, Shelly Riffe, was charged with:
- Forgery
- Two counts of Obstruction of an officer
- Fleeing and attempting to elude
- Operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked
- Reckless driving
- Driving on wrong side of roadway
- Failure to maintain lane
