Facelift for E. Ponce - What Other Decatur Streets Need Repaving?

Street milling and repair work by the City of Decatur began this week and will continue through the first week of October, weather permitting.

How’s that East Ponce de Leon Avenue traffic near downtown Decatur treating you this week?

Street milling and repair work by the City of Decatur began Monday and will continue through Oct. 8, weather permitting. Additional streets to be affected include Parkside Circle, Chevelle Lane, and Drexel Avenue according to the notice sent to area residents.

Traffic this week has been moving slowly along Ponce near Commerce Drive as crews work to remove the old existing road surface and replace it with hot mix paving.
