Jessica L. Carter, Neighbor

Jessica is a recent Georgia Tech graduate and current graduate student. As an engineer, she loves science, but has always had a thing for food too–and as a native South Louisianian, it's pretty much in her blood. She started her blog, First Bite, in 2009 as a means to channel her love of food and combat senior year boredom.  Jessica enjoys reading pop fiction, watching cooking shows on the Food Network, and trying out new recipes/restaurants on her fiancé Mario.
