Gustavore: Toasty Sammies
Three more hot sandwiches to warm the soul.
I just love sandwiches, especially a composition with lots of interesting flavors. I love them even more if they’re heated in the oven or on the griddle, the many forms of which are usually referred to, as a culinary category, as “toasty sammies.” I’ve already shared my love of Cuban sandwiches, as well as a Roasted Shiitake, Onion and Tomato Sandwich and a toasted version of Tyler’s Roasted Vegetable Muffaleta.
