Decatur Idol Will Entertain You This Week

What's happening this week: A class on attracting bees and butterflies to your garden, Decatur Idol, Decatur Green Fest, the Art-B-Que in Avondale Estates and numerous public meetings.

Update On Weekend Plans: Friday Movie On Decatur Square Cancelled

Your weekend planner: A 5K to benefit Oakhurst Cooperative Preschool, a home brew celebration, a fishing derby in Avondale Estates and the month's first Concert on the Square, with Michelle Malone.

Cinco de Mayo is the big celebration this weeekend, and Patch has a list of places you can celebrate this holiday. But there's plenty of other things to do, starting with this list.
