Big name retailers held the line on major sales this holiday season and many consumers didn't see the fire sales of years past. But looking around at stores, including Walmart at S. Columbia and Memorial drives, retailers have unleashed their best sales, while there's still some decent stuff left. Goods at Walmart were marked down in the last several days to 75 percent off. And judging from the stock on Wednesday morning, there's still plenty left, though it's mainly holiday lights, wrapping materials, clothing, and plastic storage bins.
