This place is horrible. My AC broke was leaking water, my carpet was wet. When I asked to get it fixed over and over again took them 1 week to dry the wet carpet, this happened over 2 years over and over. They would come and dry the carpet and temporarily fix AC and breaks again. They never wanted to fix it. The hallway wall eventually fell down after numerous AC leakage. My bathroom roof started leaking from someone's bathroom who lives above me, they came supposedly fixed it and painted over it, it was still leaking, so disgusting . I lived my children under this roof for years. The maintenance men don't communicate, the manager (who is a lady always wears a wig) is HORRIBLE, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL. Tim the "boss" is respectful. I got rubbed. Then i finally broke my lease because the place was unlivable. My children could not play outside due lack of safety, loose pit-bulls every now and then. Children in the neighborhood are hostile. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT. I will do whatever it takes to spread the news.
