You can enjoy the monthly Sunday in the Garden from 2-4 p.m. this Sunday, Jan. 29, and see for yourself. As garden manager Ruby Bock says in an email,

You're likely to see camellias blooming in red, white and pink; papery brown leaves on the beech trees, rattling in the wind; daffodil foliage poking through the leaf litter; pink and white blooms on the hellebores.Β
Bock also says Mid-Week Gardeners kicks off the year Feb. 28 with an inside workshop with Jerry Kinnane, long-time Woodlands volunteer, on tool sharpening and care. It starts at 10 a.m. with snacks and the program starts at 10:30 a.m.
