Where to Catch March Madness in and around Decatur

Ready to get in on the (March) Madness? Don't have seats to the Final Four game here in Atlanta?

There are plenty of places in Decatur and throughout Atlanta with great specials for March Madness and Final Four.

Head to any Taco Mac in the Atlanta area, like the one in Decatur at 240 West Ponce de Leon Ave., and catch the games on their many TVs while choosing from their various beers.

The Albert at 918 Austin Ave. is the spot to be in East Atlanta with nine flat screens, $5 B & J (24-ounce Busch & Jager shorty), $5 Irish Lowlife (Miller Highlife and Jameson shorty), $4 Sam Adams draft. And of course, there will be Albert's famous jumbo smoked wings, burgers, award-winning chilling and more.

Hudson Grille at 942 Peachtree St. in Midtown is also thought to be the spot in Atlanta to catch the games. Throughout the tournamen, HG is offering $12.95 Sam Adams (any variety) and Angry Orchard Cider pitchers— and $3.50 pints, showing all the games on their many many HD TVs, $2 beers and shorties. Take an “extended lunch” and watch the day games while enjoying their $5.95 lunch Monday-Friday.

Cypress Street Pint & Plate was recommended by Citysearch as one of the best places in town to catch March Madness fever. Grab some of their fine craft beers and get ready to celebrate (or cry); either way you've got a beer in your hand.

Buffalo Wild Wings  at 3535 Peachtree Road NE, suite 105, is the official hangout of NCAA® March Madness®.

Shula's 347 will be offering game-time grub during March Madness games, and its Shula's Burger for just $5.

DBA Barbecue at 1190 N. Highland Ave. will have the games on all day long, and of course will feature the Gators. (Note: I'm a proud Gator. )

The Family Dog (1402 N. Highland Ave.) will feature games on its 122-inch HD screen and will open at noon on Saturday for all of the basketball games. Their specials include: $3 Founders Brewing Co. "All Day IPA" on tap and $2 cans of 21st Amendment Brewery "Hell or high Watermelon." Live Music from The Heritage starting after the games!
