Tai Ji for Better Bones, Better Blood Sugar and Better Balance

 Tai Ji is a slow, gentle form of movement which decreases stress, lowers blood pressure, improves balance and coordination, increases flexibility and improves cardiovascular fitness.  This class is beneficial for people with arthritis, joint replacements, Parkinson's, MS,diabetes and many more other types of health challenges.  

The gentle movement helps protect arthritic joints and strengthen muscles around the joints. Tai Ji gradually accustoms the body to exerise and helps decrease glucose levels as well as many of the side effects of diabetes, such as heart disease and balance problems related to neuropathy.
