Still Time to Register for Saturday's Tour deCatur

Tour deCatur offers a 5K road race and/or a 1-mile fun run through town. Proceeds are used for education and enrichment programs for Decatur youths.

It’s not too late to register now for this weekend’s 12th annual Tour deCatur, which includes a fun run/walk, a 5K and a tot trot.

According to the event website, the Decatur High Band Parents Association will be onsite selling morning treats and coffee and King of Pops will sell post-race popsicles.

The Tour deCatur gives participants the opportunity to run a 5K road race and/or a 1-mile fun run through neighborhoods of Decatur. This event started as a grassroots fundraiser for the Decatur Education Foundation and has grown into a community-wide tradition with more than 2,500 participants.
