Signing Day at Decatur High School

Two Decatur High football players signed scholarships on Wednesday morning, Terryon Robinson with Western Carolina and and Andrew Brown with Hutchinson Community College.

Two Decatur High football players signed scholarships Wednesday morning before a small crowd that gathered in the school gym.

Terryon Robinson committed to Western Carolina University (in Cullowhee, N.C.) and Andrew Brown signed with Hutchinson Community College (in Hutchinson, Kansas).

The signings came on Signing Day, the first day that high school football players can formally commit to a school.

Another scholarship signing will occur later in the day when soccer player John Speed commits to Presbyterian College.
