Free Decatur Homebuyers Workshop

This eight-hour education workshop will be hosted by the Goodwill of North Georgia and conducted by educators from CredAbility, metro Atlanta’s largest nonprofit credit counseling agency. Other homeownership experts will make presentations, including specialists in mortgages, real estate, inspections and insurance. The class will teach potential homeowners how to make a sound purchase decision.

All participants who complete the eight-hour workshop will receive a certificate at the end, which can be used to qualify for down payment assistance programs administered by state and local governments.
