Decatur HS Pollinator Garden Dedication

Join us in celebrating this accomplishment!

On behalf of the Decatur High School Beekeepers Club and EcoAddendum’s Birds, Butterflies and Bees program, we are proud to invite you to the DHS Pollinator Garden Dedication.

After months of learning, planning, measuring, and clearing, what was once only a dream has become a reality with over 200 native plants, 16 shrubs and 1 Dogwood Tree planted. The garden is a NWF certified school yard habitat and will also have student-made clay plant labels with both Latin and common names.

Find out what's happening in Decatur-Avondale Estateswith free, real-time updates from Patch.

The dedication will include student speeches, ribbon cutting, refreshments, and cake.  We hope that you can join us in celebrating this garden that will continue to beautify our community for years to come.
