Bee Keeping Camp - Session 2

*Session 2- June 11-15.* Have your little busy bee join Marie-Lies and our Beekeeper, Cassandra Lawson, to make new friends and enjoy fun hands-on beekeeping activities. Campers will explore the garden while learning about honey bee biology, assembling beehive equipment, establishing honey bee colonies, harvesting and extracting honey, cooking with honey, and more! Marie -Lies (Millie) is from Belgium and has been teaching children for over 7 years. She loves being outdoors; sharing her knowledge of edible plants and other natural skills. Cassandra is becoming a bee keeping legend in our area through her bee biz, classes, and candle making. Students can register for one or both weeks. Suitable for ages 7-12.
