City Schools of Decatur staff members are closely monitoring the next round of severe weather expected to reach our area this afternoon.

If approaching weather conditions threaten, we will follow our established safety plan and delay dismissing students at the end of the school day until circumstances improve.

The safety of our students is always our first priority. We will update families at 2:00 through eBlast, the CSD website, the CSD Facebook page and a robocall if and how dismissal will be affected. Please note that K-5 after school clubs and events are canceled. However, Animal Crackers and Whiz Kids after school care is NOT canceled.
