Back to School Festival Saturday

Parents and kids are invited to the free festival.

The Center Helping Obesity In Children End Successfully (C.H.O.I.C.E.S.) urges parents to get the kids off to a good start this school year by attending the second annual Let's Move! DeKalb festival from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, July 28, at 2771 Columbia Drive, Decatur.

This free family festival will feature fun fitness activites with representatives from the Atlanta Brave, Atlanta Hawks, and Team B.L.U.E. Tennis.

The Olympic theme will have the kids joining in the athletic fun they see on TV.  C.H.O.I.C.E.S.' mascot, Zoey, will be celebrating her birthday with a MyPlate themed celebration to teach kids healthy eating habits.
