State Sen. Jason Carter will hold a town hall meeting at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 28 at
Knollwood Elementary at 3039 Santa Monica Drive, Decatur 30032.
Carter represents District 42, which includes the city of Decatur. He inviting anyone to come and share their concerns, including questions about the future of the HOPE scholarship.
