League of Women Voters To Hold Voter Education Program

It starts at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Decatur Library.

You're not alone. Besides the candidates running for elections, voters need to become educated about the regional transportation tax referendum and a cityhood vote for Brookhaven.

There's a primary on July 31, possibly some runoffs and then the general election in November.

To lend clarity, the League of Women Voters is inviting the public to a Voter Education Program program at 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 13, at

The league will review the ballot, candidates, and issues affecting the citizens of Decatur and DeKalb County.

The library is at 215 Sycamore St., Decatur.
