Garbage Pickup Changes for MLK Day
No garbage pickup on Monday, Jan. 21. Decatur and Avondale Estates city halls are closed that day, along with DeKalb County government offices.
Garbage won't be picked up on MLK Day--Monday, Jan. 21--in Decatur and Avondale Estates. City halls, DeKalb County government offices and public and private schools won't be open either.
