Back to School Health Services

The DeKalb County Health Department will be offering the following back-to-school health services:

  • Dental Screenings ($10 per child)
  • Vision Screenings ($10 per child)
  • Hearing Screenings ($10 per child)
  • Shots ($14.81 per shot per child)

Free vision and hearing screenings and shots for Medicaid-covered children.  Payment by cash or check.  Only State Health Benefit Plan (SHBP) Insurance will be accepted.

Parents/Guardians should bring shot records and Medicaid/SHBP card.
