City Commission to Review Neighborhood Annexation Petitions
On Monday night, the Decatur City Commission is also expected to consider adopting the Unified Development Ordinance Table of Contents.
The Decatur City Commission meets Monday night at City Hall and is expected to consider adopting the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Table of Contents.

The UDO will seek to examine and assemble the City’s existing land, tree and stormwater ordinances into a more consistent whole that could be ready for approval by later this year.

Also Monday, the commission will review a pair of petitions for neighborhood annexation, including from a group of Parkwood neighborhood homeowners who would like to be included in the city limits.

Recommend establishing a project budget in the amount of $59,000 and award of a bid to Sunbelt Pools of Atlanta in the amount of $52,828 for replacement of the pool pump, filtration system and plumbing at Glenlake Pool.
