The Decatur City Commission meets Monday night at City Hall and is expected to consider adopting the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Table of Contents.
See here a memo from City Planning Director Amanda Thompson as to what this involves.
The UDO will seek to examine and assemble the City’s existing land, tree and stormwater ordinances into a more consistent whole that could be ready for approval by later this year.
Also Monday, the commission will review a pair of petitions for neighborhood annexation, including from a group of Parkwood neighborhood homeowners who would like to be included in the city limits.
