Brisk Early Voting in Decatur

Early voting for the Nov 6 election started Monday morning in Decatur when a poll opened at the Clark Harrison Building at 330 W. Ponce de Leon Ave., Room A.

Voters said the line moved quickly and at 10 a.m. Monday it only took about 10 minutes to cast a ballot. At lunctime, voters said it took about five minutes. The line did not stretch outside and voters could wait inside the building lobby.

  • DeKalb Voter Registration & Elections Office at 4380 Memorial Drive, Suite 300, Decatur 30032. This site has special provisions for seniors and disabled citizens.
  • South DeKalb - Community Achievement Center Inc. at 4522 Flat Shoals Parkway, Decatur 30034.
  • Tucker Recreation Center at 4898 LaVista Road, Tucker 30084.

The polls will be open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. through Friday, Nov. 2.
