Wells Fargo Offers Reward to Catch Brookhaven Robbery Suspects

Brookhaven Police and the Atlanta office of the FBI are asking area residents to help find three men who robbed a Wells Fargo Bank.

A $5,000 reward is being offered to help find and convict three armed men suspected of robbing a Wells Fargo Bank in Brookhaven.

According to a news release from the Atlanta FBI office and the Brookhaven Police Department, three men entered the bank at 3890 Peachtree Road in Brookhaven about 10:15 a.m. Tuesday. The armed suspects forced bank customers to lie down on the floor, climbed over the counter and took an undisclosed amount of money.

They left the bank without incident and were seen leaving the area in an unknown make or model vehicle.

The suspects are described as:

  • Man wearing all black clothing, blue latex/surgical style gloves, carrying a black backpack
  • Man wearing all black clothing, white cloth face mask, blue latex/surgical style gloves, white tennis shoes
  • Black man, large build/heavyset, wearing all black clothing, brown Panama style brim hat, wearing a prominent chain necklace.

Wells Fargo has offered a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the robbery.
