Grand Reopening at Renovated Decatur Fire Station

Decatur Fire Station No. 1 was officially reopened Tuesday morning with a ribbon cutting and public tours.

The fire station at at 230 E. Trinity Place has not been used since last year while it underwent a total renovation.

Firefighters had operated out of a temporary station at the old Roly Poly on Church Street or out of Fire Station No. 2 in Oakhurst.
