Federal Agents Raid DeKalb Medical Office
Federal agents executed a search warrant Tuesday at the offices of Family Practice of Atlanta in DeKalb County.
A Tuesday morning raid at a DeKalb County medical office was prompted by allegations of forgery, the U.S. Attorney’s office says.
About 8 a.m. Tuesday, federal law enforcement agents began entering the offices of Family Practice of Atlanta in the 1400 block of Scott Boulevard, said Melissa Chedotal with the Atlanta Field Division of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration.
"We are here executing a search warrant," she told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The U.S. Attorney’s office said that authorities were investigating a Family Practice of Atlanta employee who allegedly forged an IRS document.
