DPD “Drug Identification & Current Trends” Event Wednesday

The presentation will include information on current trends, street names, paraphernalia and what parents can look for, as well as an overview of what officers are seeing in Decatur.

The Decatur Police Department will be hosting a “Drug Identification & Current Trends” presentation on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. at The Decatur Recreation Center. 

According to a release, the presentation will include information on current trends, street names, paraphernalia and what parents can look for, as well as an overview of what officers are seeing in Decatur. 

The presentation is free and designed for parents, caregivers and anyone who works with kids and teens who want to become more aware. 

Attendees must be at least 18-years-old.
