A Decatur man was sentenced to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to child molestation and sexual exploitation of children.

Sami Ud Deen, 43, was sentenced Jan. 23 in DeKalb County Superior Court, according to The Champion Newspaper. The prison sentence will be followed by 10 years of probation.

He previously lived on Northern Drive in Decatur and worked as a computer technician at Georgia Tech.

Deen was arrested in November 2011. It started when authorities detrmined   an 8-year-old girl who'd been taken to Children's Healthcare/Egleston in Atlanta had been molested by a family acquaintance, Decatur police said.

The Champion Newspaper said Deen bonded out of jail twice but broke the conditions of his bond both times. The second time authorities found child pornography on his computer and he was ordered held without bond, the newspaper said.

Right! And will only do about 15 years or less. Being on probation will not matter to him because he broke the condition of the bond and will break the condition of the probation. Well hopefully he will see how it feels to be molested while in prison.
