Avondale Swim and Tennis Club Burglarized

No arrests have been made in the break-in that occurred the night of June 30.

The Avondale Estates Police Department is investigating a burglary at the Avondale Swim and Tennis Club at 51 Dartmouth Ave.

Police said somebody forcibly broke into the building between 10 p.m. June 30 and noon July 1.

Officers said a freezer was left open, causing a large amount of ice cream to melt.
