It's the rainy season
Here in the Highlands of Mexico, it's the rainy season, so days and nights are cool. Everyone thinks of Mexico as hot, dry and desert, but there are actually many different climates and I love where we have our house.
I'll be returning to Decatur next Sunday, September 1, hopefully with my new visa at least in the works.
Can't wait to get back to John and my daughter and son. My son and his wife own Burnt Fork BBQ so I hope you'll try it out!
I have lots of ideas for art and I'm still taking pictures. I'm also planning primitive paintings of Decatur and Avondale Estates.
Meanwhile I'm enjoying the gorgeous views of the mountains, my fruit and flower garden, the village residents and animals and life with the native people. There's so much ancient history here.
Till another day, Mariana
