Bon Appetit Features Taqueria's Oyster Tacos

The restaurant will be serving this specialty all week for lunch and dinner.

The website for Bon Appetit, the magazine for gourmets, is now featuring a  recipe for oyster tacos from Eddie Hernandez, the executive chef for Taqueria del Sol.

The website says,

"Tacos should have a theme," says chef Eddie Hernandez. Here, it's Louisiana po'boys by way of Texas. For a quick week-night dinner, make the rémoulade a day ahead and fry the oysters to order.

But you don't have to cook to try these tacos. The three Taqueria del Sol restaurants in Atlanta, including the one at 359 W. Ponce de Leon Ave. in Decatur, will be serving oyster tacos on the menus all week for lunch and dinner. Cost: $2.69 each.
