Happy Lulu!

LifeLine Animal Project and DeKalb County Animal Services (DCAS) invite DeKalb County pet owners to attend "Healthy Pets DeKalb" on Saturday, April 5th, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at Wade-Walker Park, 5585 Rockbridge Road in Stone Mountain.  The event will offer over 400 free vaccinations provided by a licensed veterinarian, free pet food and much more! No registration is necessary for this first-come, first-serve promotion.

Pets of the Week:  Lulu, Midnight, Haley and Bernadette

Don’t forget, there are a few more days to take advantage of the ‘Lucky Charm’ promotion at DCAS.  All dogs are only $40 and all cats are only $25 through the end of the month.  Here are a few dogs you can adopt for only $40.  Regular screening criteria still applies.

Lulu is a happy three year old retriever mix who gets along well with other dogs. This good-natured girl has a beautiful tri-colored coat and is a smart.  She already knows how to sit and shake on command. Her adoption fee is only $40.

Midnight is big, sweet four year old Lab mix who loves affection.  If you're looking for a big girl to wrap your arms around, she's the dog for you. Midnight also gets along well with other dogs, and her adoption fee is only $40.

Haley is a pretty 2 year terrier mix who is also sweet and knows how to sit.  Haley gets along well with other dogs and loves to play.  Her adoption fee is only $40.

Finally, Bernadette is a one year old girl who is very affectionate and gets along well with other dogs.  In addition to having the most adorable pointy ears, she has beautiful eyes and loves kisses.  Her adoption fee is only $40.

To meet any of these great dogs, please drop by the shelter, email adoption@dekalbanimalservices.com or call (404) 294-2165.  To view other great animals available for adoption, visit www.dekalbanimalservices.com
