Have Fun this Weekend While Supporting LifeLine Animal Project! And DeKalb Animal Services Pet of the Week: Emily

Looking for something fun to do this weekend and want to support LifeLine at the same time?  Then look no further.  For you yogis, the Southeastern Yoga Conference is holding their conference from Friday, September 4, through Sunday, September 6, at the W Atlanta Downtown Hotel, and all proceeds will go to LifeLine Animal Project!  For more information, please visit  http://seyogaconference.com/.  If festivals are more your speed, LifeLine will be at AutumnFest Arts and Music Festival in Avondale Estates on Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6 at 11:00 a.m.  At the festival, you can support us by adopting a dog or buying a ‘Spay, Neuter, Adopt’ dog cookie, generously donated by Taj Mahound Bakery.  For more information, visit  http://avondalearts.org/2013/10/02/528/.

Once you’ve had your weekend fun, why not head over to DeKalb County Animal Services (DCAS) to meet our Pet of the Week:  Beautiful Emily.

DCAS Pet of the Week:  Emily

Emily is a petite, one-year-old female Manx mix, with gorgeous green eyes.  She is extremely sweet and loving and gets along well with other cats.  Emily came into the shelter with kittens and was a very good mother.  Now that her kittens have all been adopted, it’s time for Emily to find a home.   To meet Emily, please drop by the shelter, email adoption@dekalbanimalservices.com or call (404) 294-2165.  To view other great animals available for adoption, visit www.dekalbanimalservices.com
