DeKalb County Animal Services is offering a ‘Tail End of Summer’ promotion during September, where all dog adoptions are only $20 and all cat adoptions are only $10! This price includes the pet being spayed or neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and heartworm or combo tested and dewormed – services with a retail value of over $200! Standard adoption screening criteria still applies.
Meet Lilly, the Happy-Go-Lucky Pet of the Week
One of the many wonderful dogs you can adopt for only $20 is Lilly, a one-year-old female Pointer Lab mix. Lilly is a calm and happy girl with an upbeat personality. This teddy bear loves to give hugs and loves people! She also gets along well with other dogs and would make a great companion for any dog.
