Meet Santa in Avondale Estates Today

From the city of Avondale Estates:

The Avondale Estates Parents' Co-op and the Avondale Community Club invite families to Meet Santa, a beloved annual event.

Bring your little ones to share their wish lists with Santa. Photographer Erin Dawson will capture the moment, and you can download her high-resolution images for free. You are also welcome to take your own snapshots. Enjoy holiday treats while you wait your turn, and take home some reindeer food to ensure Rudolph and the gang can find your house on Christmas Eve.  In keeping with tradition, Santa will arrive by fire engine at 2:30 p.m.

When: Sunday, Dec. 8 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Time: To avoid long wait times, please come at your assigned time, based on the first letter of your last name. However, if your child's nap schedule interferes, just come when it makes sense for your family.  

• A - D:  2:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
• E - H:  3:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• I - L:    3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• M - Q: 4:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• R - U:  4:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• V - Z:   5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. 

Please bring: This event is free! In the spirit of the season, we will be collecting diapers, wipes, toiletries, new socks and new underwear for RRISA, Refugee Resettlement & Immigration Services of Atlanta. Please contribute what you can for families in need.
