Five Great Farmers Markets
There are plenty of good farmers markets around Decatur and Avondale Estates. Here are five of them.
The Decatur Farmers Market is held Wednesday and Saturday, but there are other good farmers markets in the area.
East Atlanta Village Farmers Market. 4 p.m. Thursdays at 561 Flat Shoals Road, Atlanta.
East Lake Farmers Market. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays from April through November, at the corner of Second Avenue and Hosea L. Williams Drive, Atlanta.
Morningside Farmers Market. 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturdays at 1393 N. Highland Ave., Atlanta.
Grant Parker Farmers Market. 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sundays, April through December, in Grant Park at the corner of Cherokee Avenue and Milledge Avenue.
Tucker Farmers Market. 4 to 8 p.m. Thursdays, April 5 through Dec. 19, at 2333 Main St., Tucker.
