Spice up Mother’s Day this year at Red Pepper Taqueria, Atlanta's favorite neighborhood destination for bold Mexican cuisine featuring locally sourced and organic ingredients. On Sunday, May 11, Red Pepper Taqueria invites families across the city to join them for Mother’s Day brunch created by owner and Executive Chef Mimmo Alboumeh that includes shrimp and grits with roasted poblanos, caramelized onions, local grits, a poached egg and tomatillo cream; the Tipsy Salmon - smoked salmon, tipsy onion jam, scrambled eggs, lil' moo cheese, and arugula; the RP Brisket Skillet - a poached egg, potato hash, avocado; salsa guajillo and warm tortillas; and the Crab Benedict featuring a poached egg, spinach, candied bacon and pablano hollandaise. As a special thank you, all moms will receive a complimentary bottomless mimosa with their meal from Red Pepper's expansive brunch cocktail menu that has popular favorites like Bloody Marys, flavored mimosas and sangria alongside signature drinks like the Oaxacan Sunset - Crema de Mezcal, coconut milk, lime juice and decanter bitters; La Rosa Eliana - Fidencio Mezcal, strawberries and lime juice; and the Pequeno Angelito - Zarco Blanco Tequila, blackberry, lime juice, cream and whiskey bitters.
