Destination Ethiopia

The Queen of Sheba was a monarch of the ancient kingdom of Sheba and is referred to in Yemeni and Ethiopian history, the Bible, the Qur'anYoruba customary tradition, and Josephus. Learn about Ethiopia's rich culture, cuisine and music with Go Eat Give, at this namesake Atlanta area landmark.

For starters, you will be served a savory sambussa (fried pastry shell filled with lentils, onions and green peppers) followed by traditional Ethiopian vegetarian and non vegetarian platters with more than eight different wots (stews of lamb, beef, chicken and vegetables) to dip the injera (bread made from gluten-free flour called teff). A traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony will follow.
