As a licensed therapist and someone who has struggled with anxiety, I have a passion for helping others experience peace. One way that I do this is by
offering anxiety help support groups at a low cost.
Please join me for 4 weeks of support, insight, and growth. This group will consist of no more than 5-6 people who understand the disturbance that chronic anxiety creates. Each group will begin with the opportunity to share and then move into a specific topic. Christian language, as well as the language of other faith traditions, will be gently integrated into the group. All are absolutely welcome!
We will meet from 10:30am-12:00pm on the following Saturdays:
