Somebody's smoking some good stuff to have a pipe dream like that. No way, Remember Ga is moreof a rural state as a whole, than a metropolis state. Yes we have had a large increase of people from all over the world moving to Atlanta within the last 10-15 years, but not enough to turn the tide. I was born and raised in this city. It's sad to me how its turned out over the years. People tell me its progress. However I don't see it. Used to we could stand on Stone Mountain and not see smog, or go down the Chattahoochee in a raft. Now here's the so called progress, more traffic and pollution, more crime and corruption in our city and schools. Higher divorce rate, overcrowded and substandard schools and more government workers, and more people depending on the government than their own initiative. I don't see this as progress, Its very sad. We used to have a beautiful city. Now not so much. You might call it progress, I call it degeneration.
