The City of Decatur is installing traffic calming devices in the neighborhood off the 300 block of West Ponce. This traffic bulb is one of four on Fairview Avenue at the Montgomery Street intersection. Bulbs will also be built on Oakland Street at Wilton Drive. Residents petitioned for the traffic calming devices because motorists speed through the neighborhood.
