Set your clocks ahead one hour. The change officially occurs at 2 a.m. Sunday.

Daylight Saving Time officially starts at 2 a.m. Sunday, meaning you'll need to set the time ahead one hour on your bedside clock, wristwatch, car clock, microwave and electric stove.
