Decatur Halloween Decorating Contest Winners Named

The Commissioners' Cup, given to the home with the best Halloween decorations, went to Rick Abt & Sally Hamilton at 252 Kings Highway.

The City of Decatur has named winners in the annual Halloween decorating contest.

The Commissioners' Cup for the very best decorating went to Rick Abt and Sally Hamilton at 252 Kings Highway.
