1. Cinco-De-SteamFest. "Atlanta’s favorite two-day steampunk festival is returning in 2013. Academy Theatre’s own S.T.E.A.M.Fest is returning on May 4 and 5, 2013," says the website www.atlantatheatrefans.com. "This year we are looking beyond Victorian England and America. This year will be a celebration of Mexican history and steampunk south of the border.  It’s not just high tea, it’s high tequila!" Tickets range from $5 to $100.

2. Free Movies on the Decatur Square. DeKalb Medical presents She's Having A Baby. The movie starts around 7:30 p.m. Bring a blanket. Free.

3. Homebrew Day Celebration. Wine Workshop and Brew Center marks its opening with this celebration of the brewing arts. 9 a.m. Saturday at 627 E College Ave., Decatur. Free.

4. Rising Star Benefit. This fundraiser for the Decatur Bulldog Boosters starts at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Church of the Epiphany at 2089 Ponce de Leon Ave NE. $25 in advance, $35 at the door.

5. Michelle Malone Banned. This local favorite kicks off the month's Saturday night concerts. Starts about 7:30 p.m. on the Decatur Court Square. Free.
