Good morning, Decatur and Avondale Estates. Here are Five Things you need to know about today.

1. Still hot. Prepare to sweat this weekend. The high temp will be 99 Friday and 98 Saturday with a 30 percent chance, says weatherbug.com. Sunday will cool off slightly, with a high around 94 and a 30 percent chance of rain.

2. Steampunks in Oakhurst: The Artifice Club, a social club for retro-futurists, steampunks and like-minded peers, presents "A Midsummer Night's STEAM: A Dandies and Darlings Dance" at 5 p.m. Saturday, July 7, at the Solarium in Oakhurst. A portion of the proceeds benefit DREAM, an Atlanta canine rescue organization.

3. Think about voting early: You can go ahead and vote in the July 31 primary , 4380 Memorial Drive, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
