5 Things to Know Today: July 5, 2012

The Fourth of July is history, so relax and take in some new movies this weekend, like "Savages" and "Katy Perry: Part of Me 3D."

Good morning, Decatur and Avondale Estates. Here are 5 Things to know today.

1. Weather. It will be a lot like yesterday -- a high around 94, a low around 72 and a 20 percent chance of rain.

2. Tornado siren test. Don't panic. The City of Decatur is testing its tornado siren at 5 p.m. today. Normally, this happens the first Wednesday of the month, but since that was July 4th, the city put it off until Thusday.
