When Stress Levels Get Too High!

Long Term Stress can have devastating effects to your health and well being. How do you better manage it since it can't be avoided?


Too much stress can negatively affect the immune system, cardiovascular system, neuroendocrine system, and central nervous system. Untreated chronic (long-term) stress can lead to muscle pain, insomnia, hypertension (high blood pressure), a weaker immune system and anxiety, which can lead to dozens of illnesses, including heart disease, depression, and obesity.

It is absolutely paramount that you incorporate some type of stress reduction activity or activities to your daily routine if you want to maintain health and well being. 

Stress is indeed a killer!  Chiropractic care, Massage, Yoga, Meditation, Exercise are all excellent choices to help you navigate through today's high stress environment.  If you don't already, I highly encourage you to seek out one or more of the previously mentioned lifestyle choices.
