Found 10 week old-ish orange tabby kitten behind the Decatur Dairy Queen on Saturday, Sept. 21st. He is very sweet, but scared. Seems well cared for, but hungry. Can you foster him until we find his home? My husband, three dogs and two cats would like him to leave the premises immediately.
