New VP, Mortgage Banker for Private Bank of Decatur

Denise Pajak is mortgage veteran who is active in community

Private Mortgage Solutions has named Decatur resident Denise Pajak Vice President and Mortgage Banker. She is based in the Private Bank of Decatur office in downtown Decatur.

A graduate of Emory University, Pajak has been a mortgage loan officer for a decade, previously with Lenox Financial and BrightPath Mortgage, and is a member of the Decatur Business Association. Licensed in 40 states, she also specializes in the Boston and Washington, DC, markets.

She speaks Spanish and enjoys cooking and surfing, and helped construct Decatur’s only skateboard park. She recently hiked the 490-mile Camino de Santiago, an ancient trail that crosses Spain. Pajak and her partner live in Decatur with their two rescue dogs and cats.
