What Should Go Here? Old Movie Theater
The Towne Cinema space has been unused for years.
It's been a movie theater, a dance studio and Nickle and Dime recording studio.
Now it's one more empty business in the middle of downtown Avondale.
The old Towne Cinema theater no longer advertises the latest movie on its marquee. Instead, it says For Lease.

Last August a businessman asked the city for a conditional use permit to turn the space into a video recording facility, but that never happened, city officials said.
The building looks like it has plenty of potential. What kind of business or enterprise would you like to see there?
